Telehealth may involve limitations such as incomplete transmission, technology failures, or lack of in-person evaluation.
Clinicians may request verification of your identity and current physical location before beginning a session.
You may withdraw consent at any time, but doing so may affect service availability.
Telehealth is not equivalent to an in-person medical evaluation and may not be appropriate for all conditions.
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Annual memberships may be prorated for refund based on the unused term plus one (1) additional month, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks before the end of the current billing month.
Providing false or misleading information.
Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our systems.
Using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for any misuse, violation, or fraudulent activity.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
